Complaints & Reporting

Birrong Sports FC takes all concerns seriously. Complaints may relate to:

• Behavioural issues
• Bullying or harassment
• Child safety concerns
• Discrimination
• Breaches of codes of conduct
• Misconduct by players, parents, coaches, or officials

How to Make a Complaint

1. Raise the concern with the Member Protection Officer
2. The MPO acknowledges the complaint and gathers information
3. The issue is assessed — informal resolution or formal investigation
4. An outcome is determined (mediation, warnings, suspension, referral)
5. If needed, escalate to:
   • BDAFA
   • Football NSW
   • Sport Integrity Australia
