Concussion Rules

  • Any player suspected of concussion is removed immediately
  • “If in doubt, sit them out”
  • Only a medical professional can clear a return to play
  • Minimum rest periods apply
  • Coaches must report all head injuries to the club

Injury Management

  • First aid kits available at all training and games
  • Serious injuries must be reported to the club
  • Players returning from injury must be medically cleared

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

A valid WWCC is mandatory for:

  • Coaches

Club Requirements

  • WWCC must be verified by the club
  • Records securely maintained
  • Expired checks result in immediate suspension from duties
